The company was formed in September 2010. It is presently a sole director operation concentrating on the gap in the market for office administrators and accounts people who are trained and competent and who can work closely with the client’s accountant so that the client receives the most efficient, effective and seamless service, but may in the future add a customer service, administration and customer service specialist.

If demand is sufficient and widespread, consideration may be given in the future to the company being a pilot for a franchise operation.
 
It is primarily an administration and accounts focussed company, but Bill is Xero partner certified and  MYOB trained and can also offer training.

Bill can also offer assistance with choosing a computer, getting familiar with your computer, training in basic software such as Microsoft Suite: Word, Publisher, Power Point, Outlook (including diary systems and contacts lists) Outlook Express, Internet Explorer, and Basic Introduction to Excel and Access, an introduction to blogs and websites and advice on data protection and internet security.
